Job Overview

As a business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the requirements from a business perspective.

You will collaborate with business product owners and technical teams to lead the analysis of problems faced by business users through collaborative discussions.

Your primary responsibility will be managing changes in requirements throughout the project lifecycle, balancing scope with technical feasibility.

This includes playing a lead role in quality assurance activities and having a high emphasis on attention to detail and quality of documentation produced using a combination of experience, best practices, standards and an approach that aligns with industry guidelines.

  • Identifying and analyzing core business processes and workflows
  • Conducting interviews and facilitating workshops with subject matter experts
  • Developing procedural documentation as it relates to business processes
  • Developing clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Documenting interim and future state processes and workflows
  • Identifying issues and risks and recommending mitigation strategies
  • Developing test scripts and coordinating end-to-end process dry run testing
  • Transitioning business processes to users responsible for ongoing management and operation at project completion
