Job Summary

We seek a seasoned professional to lead client engagements and drive impactful decision-making in corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a strong track record of developing strategies that unlock value for clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead client teams across multiple industries and problem statements
  • Develop strategic insights and programs for large, regional, and global clients
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects and create relevant solutions for clients
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field
  • Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals
  • Logical, structured thinking and affinity for numerical analysis
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
