Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to spearhead business process analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Analyze business processes and develop actionable recommendations.
  • - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories.
  • - Develop tailored solutions aligned with business goals.
  • - Manage project scope, timelines, and sprints.
  • - Coordinate stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • - Design, document, and maintain system processes.
  • - Facilitate smooth implementation of changes.
  • - Guide development teams, support effective internal communication, and resolve conflicts.
  • - Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • - Oversee client accounts and ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive new business through referrals.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • - Demonstrated understanding of software products, features, and services.
  • - Skilled in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • - Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools.
  • - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • - Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desirable Skills and Certifications:
  • - Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
  • - Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • - Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • - Experience in a client-facing role.
  • - Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
