Job Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Active Directory, managing AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, OUs, and FSMO roles, along with proficiency in GPOs.

  • Excellent knowledge of on-premises Exchange configurations, as well as hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with related technologies like SCCM, Print or DFS server, and SSO.
  • Proven experience in vulnerability management and emergency response support.

Candidates must adhere to ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement daily incident and change management procedures.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this position.

Nice to Have Skills:

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks.

Relevant technical certifications or successful completion of vendor-approved training programs in key technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid)
