IT Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT support specialist to manage our IT infrastructure, provide technical assistance to employees, and act as a bridge between our development team and clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT infrastructure including computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
  • Provide technical assistance to employees across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and order new equipment as required.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of network infrastructure, firewalls, and servers.
  • Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and Windows Server environments.
  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of networking basics (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server management.
  • Linux Server administration skills.
  • Familiarity with firewall configuration and network security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
