Staff Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in managing full-cycle financial transactions, ensuring accurate reporting and maintaining overall financial integrity.
- Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions in a cloud-based accounting system, including vendor/customer account maintenance
- Perform reconciliations and journal entries as required
This role plays a critical part in supporting the smooth month-end close process and contributes to the company's financial success.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transaction Management: Process AR/AP transactions in a cloud-based accounting system, maintain vendor/customer accounts, and perform reconciliations as needed
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively by processing AR/AP transactions, performing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate reporting
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be highly organized, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
