Job Opportunity

A leading healthcare organisation requires a seasoned Corporate Secretary to spearhead their secretarial functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support the company in filing of IPO documents and making it IPO-ready.
  • Maintain accurate records, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
  • Provide expert guidance on corporate governance and best practices to the board.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual reports and disclosures as required by law.
  • Contribute to the organisation's strategic objectives through effective secretarial and governance practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of secretarial duties.

Requirements

A successful Corporate Secretary should possess:

  • A professional qualification in Company Secretaryship from a recognised institution.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and legal frameworks in India.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage secretarial responsibilities.
