A leading healthcare organisation requires a seasoned Corporate Secretary to spearhead their secretarial functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Support the company in filing of IPO documents and making it IPO-ready.
- Maintain accurate records, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
- Provide expert guidance on corporate governance and best practices to the board.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Oversee the preparation of annual reports and disclosures as required by law.
- Contribute to the organisation's strategic objectives through effective secretarial and governance practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of secretarial duties.
Requirements
A successful Corporate Secretary should possess:
- A professional qualification in Company Secretaryship from a recognised institution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and legal frameworks in India.
