Its currently in the IPO phase and thus looking for a Listed CS to join them.
It is a medium-sized company with a strong focus on compliance and corporate governance.
Job Description
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as per the healthcare industry standards.Help in filing of DRHP for IPOMake the company IPO readyPrepare and maintain records, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.Provide guidance to the board on corporate governance and best practices.Manage shareholder communications and ensure adherence to all legal obligations.Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.Oversee the preparation of annual reports and disclosures as required by law.Support the organisation's strategic objectives through effective secretarial and governance practices.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of secretarial duties.The Successful Applicant
A successful Head Company Secretary should have:
A professional qualification in Company Secretaryship from a recognised institution.Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance in the healthcare industry.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and legal frameworks in South Goa.Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage secretarial responsibilities.The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.-
