Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end to end production activities of Central Kitchen
- Manage overall production costs of the organization
- Managing a team of junior chef at central production unit
- Development of new dishes and their standardization
- Managing of systems related to Work, Quality and Safety
- Maintain work and food hygiene standards
- Developing SOP’s and training of staff as per SOP’s.
- 4-5 years of experience in 4 Star + Hotel, Cruise or Central Kitchen
- Diploma/Degree in any culinary science.
- Hands own experience in cake and pastry making.
- Hands own experience in managing a team (Minimum 10 members)
- Knowledge in international Pastries will be an added benefit.
- Hardworking and willing to take responsibilities.
