Account Management Professional
Job Overview:This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with sellers and Amazon teams to enable day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sellers and Amazon Category/Program/Operations teams to achieve key metrics like P3P GV share and MVR launches.
- Partner with seller and Inventory SME teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and monitor key metrics like UHI/USI/Suppressed Inventory.
- Drive automation adoption and process improvements to deliver exceptional customer experiences, including buying and pricing automation, tax compliance, and launching new tools/programs.
- Enable seller capability development and provide input into product development and process improvement as relevant.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of account management, sales, vendor management, or program management experience and can drive internal cross-team collaboration and work with multiple stakeholders.
