Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Team Member. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes, providing details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors daily, and following up proactively to get details of applications. They will also be responsible for reconciling orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund.

In addition, the successful candidate will have good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be able to work effectively under time pressure in a dynamic business environment. They will also have high energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability, and be capable of working collaboratively as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduates and/or postgraduates with 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience
  • End to End Knowledge in AR
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability
