Job Description

As a seasoned Data Migration and Analysis Specialist, you will lead the charge in migrating content from inception to completion while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Migrate content from existing systems to new platforms, guaranteeing seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current content to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements.
  • Partner with IT, marketing, and project management teams to define data requirements and migration strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation outlining migration processes, data mappings, and analysis findings.
  • Monitor project progress, flag potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to extract valuable insights from large datasets and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with established data governance policies and standards.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in content migration and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and content management systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
