Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the transformation of finance and accounting processes to achieve simplification and automation in a shared service environment. This includes managing account payable, receivable, and general ledger activities for a large manufacturing group.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the implementation of master data management systems to ensure seamless data integration across companies.
  • Drive end-to-end solution architecture for MDM, including data model definition, refinement, data quality assessment, and remediation design.
  • Collaborate with process owners and IT verticals to deliver projects on time and identify gaps in existing processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and commitment to ethical behavior.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP (HANA) and experience in configuring and maintaining master data fields.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to connect with vendors, negotiate contracts, and drive cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Experience working in Indian captive shared services or matured captive SSC environments.
