Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore Advanced GenAI Techniques: Apply large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI to solve complex challenges across the organization.
  • Lead Project Execution: Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, utilizing your technical expertise.
  • Write High-Quality Code: Write well-tested code in Python and Golang to address critical product and business needs.
  • Design Scalable Systems: Create scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
  • Mentor Team Members: Mentor team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools adoption.
  • Debug Complex Issues: Debug complex technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and ease of operation.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with a strong understanding of micro-services architecture.
  • Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs.
  • Deep understanding of what high-quality code and software engineering processes look like, and the ability to foster an environment that promotes them.

Nice to have: Experience navigating rapid company growth, familiarity with GenAI frameworks/tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, and background in AI/LLM infrastructure.
