We are seeking a skilled MEP Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our in-house design team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using Autodesk Revit . You will work closely with our architects, civil engineers, vendors, and execution team to ensure seamless design-to-delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems).
  • Prepare BOQs for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
  • Perform site visits if required for design validation and MEP inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.

Experience: ~4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.

Documentation: Experience preparing BOQs and technical documentation for tendering.

Industry Standards: Excellent understanding of building services codes and industry standards.
