Master Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing master planning projects, creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments that enhance quality of life for occupants and meet project goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban design, landscape architecture, and/or architecture, with expertise in conducting feasibility studies, preparing project briefs, and leading cross-disciplinary coordination teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Development: Develop and manage master planning projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams comprising architects, landscape architects, consultants, and other professionals to deliver cohesive project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: In Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
  • Expertise: In conducting feasibility studies, preparing project briefs, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Design Thinking: Strong understanding of design principles, including sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics.
