Workplace Designer Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetic, and collaborative workspaces that align with the company's culture, needs, and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop workplace layouts that support company culture, productivity, and employee well-being.
  • Conduct space planning and programming, ensuring efficient and effective use of space.
  • Create mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings for new and existing office spaces.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors on project timelines, budgets, and implementation.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions for workplace design.
  • Analyze employee feedback and space utilization data to refine and optimize workspace configurations.
  • Develop and present design proposals to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards in designs.
  • Lead or coordinate the execution of workplace design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Provide guidance on furniture, lighting, color schemes, and materials that align with the design vision.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Interior Design projects.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS office, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
