Key Responsibilities
  • Purposefully align annual operating budgets with corporate objectives, setting performance targets that propel us forward.
  • Empower teams to achieve strategic goals through effective leadership and seamless communication.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KRAs), ensuring revenue, profitability, and team performance align with defined expectations.
  • Leverage cost optimization and compliance initiatives to fuel business growth and expansion.
  • Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), medical record management, and audit readiness to guarantee regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted escalation point for operational issues, ensuring medico-legal compliance and protecting our reputation.
  • Forge strong alliances with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in local markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the corporate MIS team to drive informed decision-making through monthly P&L analysis.
  • Foster patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
