Leadership Opportunity in Laboratory Medicine

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Center of Excellence in Laboratory Medicine, overseeing the strategic and operational direction of all laboratory medicine services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Catalyze growth through innovative approaches to scientific and commercial development.
  • Elevate accuracy and efficiency by ensuring timely and clinically relevant reporting.
  • Drive Central and Regional Labs for optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and resource management.
  • Lead Helpdesk operations to deliver seamless resolution of technical queries from clinicians and branches.
  • Establish credibility and partnerships with clinicians through expert leadership.
  • Maintain NABL/ISO compliance through robust internal and external quality control programs.
  • Develop and motivate high-performing technical teams.
Deliverables:
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Diagnostics & TAT: Monitor sample workflows and ensure proper clinical correlation before release.
  • Laboratory Operations: Oversee daily operations of Central and Regional Laboratories, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Quality Management: Conduct daily quality practices across laboratories to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Helpdesk Leadership: Lead the Helpdesk team as the primary point of contact for resolving technical queries.
  • People Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise technical teams, facilitating regular communication and feedback.

  • Proven track record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and maintaining compliance.
