Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management business, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and family offices.

Your primary objective will be to provide expert investment advice and product distribution services to your clients. This includes offering guidance on mutual funds, alternative investment funds, portfolio management services, real estate investment trusts, and infrastructure investment trusts within a specific ticket size range.

In addition to your advisory role, you will be expected to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our wealth management business. You will also represent the company at industry events and strengthen our brand positioning in the market.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as expertise in wealth products and structured investments. You should have experience managing large portfolios and a proven ability to raise capital. An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking are also essential.

Key Qualifications

  • 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, managing HNIs and family offices
  • Strong relationships with family offices and UHNIs
  • Expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes
  • Proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation
  • Experience in building and leading teams
