As an intern, you will assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating corporate events, while also supporting sales efforts. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in event management, client interaction, sales, and event logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of sponsorships, exhibitor packages, and delegate participation.
- Manage relationships with speakers, sponsors, and partners to ensure their needs are met before, during, and after the event.
- Assist in on-site event management, including attendee registration and coordination with vendors.
- Assist with communication between clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate special events and seminars.
- Coordinate registration processes with third-party suppliers.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute TG communications (on and offline).
- Help the marketing team promote events via social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Assist in creating marketing materials like brochures and banners.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
