Principal Analog Circuits Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Principal Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of high-performance analog mixed-signal ICs and oversee the work of block designers.
  • Supervise and review block designer work, holding regular design reviews and meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect chips for DFT (Design for Testability) and ensure efficient production release.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production.
  • Extensive knowledge of circuit architecture development, technical feasibility studies, block-level specifications, detailed design, simulation, and layout effects.
  • Proficiency with industry-leading EDA tools including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Mixed-mode AMS tools.
  • Ability to supervise layout designers and communicate effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
