Design Analog Innovation

As a Senior Analog Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing high-performance analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters. This role requires experience in transistor-level design, starting from initial specification to final product introduction to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performance building block circuits such as bandgap reference, op-amp, comparators, oscillators, DLL, PLL etc.
  • Evaluate silicon on bench and familiarize with standard lab equipment
  • Demonstrate intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level circuit design including noise and mismatch analysis
  • Apply expertise with analog and digital behavioral modeling, and/or synthesis of digital control blocks
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes
  • Familiarity with high-speed, high-resolution analog-to-digital (ADC) or digital-to-analog (DAC) data converter design techniques
  • A track record of successfully taking designs to production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work with teams spread across geographic locations
