Job Opportunity

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks that require technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

  • Demonstrate Caliber products to customers with hands-on experience in pharma and instrumentation projects.
  • Install and configure on-site build installations, ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to lead projects and teams effectively.

  • A willingness to learn and quickly adapt to team dynamics is essential.
  • Flexibility to travel for implementation and project execution is required.
  • QAMS/DMS/LIMS Domain Knowledge is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute User Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test (UAT/SAT) and Installation Qualification protocol.
  2. Train end-users on Caliber Products and perform installation of production builds and Database maintenance plan creation.
  3. Onsite support and customer call handling, including reproduction of reported issues or test cases at offshore.
  4. Patch updating and maintenance, as well as installation of training, UAT and production builds.
  5. Execute Operational Qualification and support customer on Performance Qualification execution.
  6. Interface Configurations and execute test scripts.
  7. Assist in internal validation of product and execute Validation scripts.
  8. Document issues and deviations of on-site validation, review validation outputs with customer, and prepare validation summary Report.
