Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing our projects. With 10+ years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of conventional design engineering and analysis.
  • Prepare Engineering Design Basis for instruments and review Process and Instrumentation Diagrams.
  • Review and develop engineering documents including Instrument Index, I/O List, Datasheets, Specifications, Material Requisitions, Technical Basis of Estimates, Control Matrix, Cable Schedules, Interconnection Diagrams, Loop Drawings, etc.
  • Review vendor documents and coordinate with design and interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth design interface.
  • Ability to review and work on all Instrumentation activities such as Datasheets, Requests for Quotations, Technical Basis of Estimates, Material Take-Offs, Terminations, Loop Drawings, etc.
  • Experience in design, review, and follow-up of vendor packages (Instrumentation/Mechanical).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant International Standards.

Leadership & Team Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and disciplines.
  • Manage assigned schedule, quality requirements, and project deliverables.
  • Plan, delegate, monitor progress, and control team workload to meet project schedules.
  • Lead, train, coach, and mentor team members; ensure workload balance and cross-disciplinary coordination.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand requirements, maintain strong relationships, and align project goals.
  • Implement and communicate policies, procedures, and processes effectively within the team.
  • Support performance management processes, mentoring, recognition, and corrective actions where required.
