Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to play a key role in campaign management and execution across digital platforms.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute campaigns using digital marketing tools across multiple platforms.
  • Manage campaign setup, launch, and monitoring, ensuring timely completion and conducting live QA during launch.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and creative guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for operational coordination.
  • Validate campaign deliverables before execution.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and manage support tickets.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights as per SOPs.
  • Escalate errors to partner teams for resolution.
  • Monitor compliance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and standards.
  • Handle operational issues promptly for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required.
  • Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in campaign operations or digital marketing preferred.
