Storage Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our storage infrastructure team, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of scalable, resilient storage solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Storage Architecture & Design: Develop and implement cutting-edge storage architectures that leverage SAN, NAS, object, and cloud storage technologies.
  • Operations & Management: Oversee daily operations of storage platforms, ensuring high uptime, reliability, and capacity planning.
  • Cloud & Hybrid Storage: Manage and optimize hybrid and cloud storage platforms, including AWS S3, Azure Blob, and GCP.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in storage architecture, security, operations, vendor management, governance, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Experience with enterprise storage systems, such as NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage, and HPE, is mandatory. Familiarity with hybrid and cloud storage solutions, ITIL practices, risk management, and governance frameworks is also required.
