Battery Energy Storage Systems Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to head our Battery Energy Storage Systems division.

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for designing, building, and deploying battery energy storage projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Provide technical expertise on battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Collaborate with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop optimization strategies for operational performance, lifecycle management, and maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Stay ahead of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in battery energy storage system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on experience with EMS, SCADA, and controls.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
