E-Commerce Executive Opportunity

Experience a new era of e-commerce operations with this exciting role. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce activities, ensuring timely execution of purchase orders, coordinating with factories and logistics, monitoring sales performance, and strengthening relationships with leading e-commerce partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders at customer portals for all general e-commerce customers and coordinate with logistics to arrange stocks.
  • Coordinate with factories/CFAs to execute POs ASAP and arrange appointments and deliveries.
  • Follow up on timely payments of all dues billed to customers through proper channels.
  • Enlist new SKUs with customers on time to leverage advertisement and sales opportunities.
  • Delete obsolete lines to improve fill-rate and save OTB.
  • Update product masters with all e-commerce customers on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate the reconciliation of outstanding in every quarter with all customers.
  • Access customers' portals to track product movements and replenishment in time.
  • Quarterly budget review and necessary amendments for the next quarter.
  • Customer-wise and category-wise sales review.
  • Work out offers/discounts to liquidate slow and non-moving SKUs.
  • Maintain a database of all e-commerce customers (administrative, commercial, and business details).
  • Maintain advertising budgets for e-commerce customers annually.
