Agile Transformation Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Agile expert to drive our Agile adoption and foster collaboration across teams. As a key player in our organization, you will lead Scrum teams to achieve sprint goals and deliverables while implementing effective Agile processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Scrum teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor and coach teams on Agile best practices, promoting continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and delivery timelines.
  • Drive SAFe Agile adoption across multiple teams and projects, ensuring adherence to the framework.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and report to stakeholders and management.
  • Guide teams in managing dependencies and blockers in a multi-team environment.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile.
  • Strong exposure to diverse technologies and complex processing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
  • Experience in training and mentoring Agile teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a servant leadership approach.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools.
  • Superior organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
