Job Overview:

At a leading connected vehicle platform, we help customers transform data from vehicles and drivers into actionable intelligence that drives operational efficiency and safety.

We deliver end-to-end fleet solutions for commercial fleets, government agencies, insurance companies, and automotive suppliers through an integrated approach of hardware technology, fleet management applications, driver engagement, video telematics, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the product roadmap for core features that support safe and efficient fleet operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and other teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful product enhancements.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and business requirements to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Define clear product requirements and user stories, and work closely with UX and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and user engagement, leveraging data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the platform remains differentiated and valuable to customers.
  • Advocate for intuitive, scalable, and secure solutions that enhance the overall platform experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS environments focused on platform development, operations, or enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with fleet management, telematics, mobility, transportation, or logistics is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including defining requirements, data analysis, and collaborating with UX and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and customer insights to drive product decisions and prioritize features that deliver measurable value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and release cycles.
