Windows Infrastructure Expert

The Senior Windows Administrator will oversee and maintain the organization's core infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of Windows servers and operating systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support various Windows versions, including Server 2023-22, 2019, 11/10, VM Ware, and other related technologies.
- Implement centralized patch management and standard policy implementation to enhance security and efficiency.
- Perform log analysis, ensure high availability, liaise for security aspects, manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and backup management.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with a minimum of 50%.
- At least 4 years of experience in administration roles for Windows Desktop & Server-side operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of RAID, SAN, NAS, object-based storage implementation, Mantis, Jira, Bug Reporting, MS Excel, Dashboard & reporting, tracking requests, sound reading ability, detail-oriented focus on accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Wireshark & Microsoft message analyzer, AD & Email hosting, RSAT & Netwrix account lockout examiner, and knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, etc.
