Job Title: Oracle EPM Specialist

Seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM professional to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of financial planning and analysis solutions.

  • Design, configure, and deploy FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS solutions for finance teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, and matching rules.
  • Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations and cash flow management.
  • Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials.
  • Integrate and automate data between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS (design, build, and support).
  • Solid understanding of financial close, account reconciliations, and planning cycles.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE, and Reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and FP&A processes.
  • Ability to work in project implementation and support environments.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
