Finance Expert - Oracle EPM and FP&A Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, and drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an end-user, power-user, or admin of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools and a strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, and ensuring compliance with financial and accounting standards. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for this role, which involves collaborating with stakeholders and gathering requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.). Should be expert on this.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide a company's major decisions, ensure future profitability, and support strategic planning.
  • Good understanding and knowledge on FCCS, ARCS
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Hands on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools (PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC)
  • Strong understanding and hands on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location
