Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle PBCS engagements from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable PBCS solutions.
  • Design and build comprehensive planning models for financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Configure Oracle Planning applications, including metadata imports, forms and task-flow setup, security model design, and authoring business rules.
  • Integrate Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and other source systems to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.
  • Use EPM Automate for task automation, patching, and lifecycle management.
