About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Pune. The successful candidate will have a strong background in desktop computers and technical support, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for desktop computers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Manage printer support, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime
  • Troubleshoot various technical issues, applying expertise and creativity to find effective solutions
Key Requirements:
  • Expertise in desktop computers and technical support
  • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in printer support and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Relevant certifications in IT or computer science are highly valued
  • Previous experience in technical support roles is beneficial
