Job Role: ServiceNow Workflow Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop and integrate workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • Integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into workflow solutions.
  • Lead workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training and demos for business teams.
  • Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
