About the Role

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other components to meet telecom order management needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments.

About Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform, strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module, and proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal.

You will also need telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment.

Additionally, you should have experience working in Agile/DevOps environments and the ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
