Network engineering is a vital component of modern telecommunications infrastructure.

A network engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of global networks, supporting clients across the world from India and beyond.

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our international team, working in a 100% remote capacity to deliver innovative solutions and end-to-end network support.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GTD-5 switches, interface effectively with customers, support teams, and vendors, and provide expert guidance on trouble isolation and hardware replacement.


The successful candidate will also possess excellent time management skills, work independently from home, and maintain accurate, timely ticket updates while participating in an on-call rotation.


Familiarity with central office procedures, ISO27001 compliance, and call processing is essential for this role. A degree in Engineering or a related field is also required.


This is a 100% remote role, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere in India and contribute to a company that values quality, teamwork, and innovation.
