Platton Inc. is an international, asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, customs brokerage, contract logistics, warehousing and distribution, truckload and LTL brokerage, and digital logistics solutions for importers and exporters. We are looking for a Mid-Level IT Specialist to support and enhance our internal IT systems and digital infrastructure. This role involves managing ERP platforms, integrating third-party services, automating processes, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and reliable IT solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence.

Manage and maintain the company’s internal IT systems, including ERP and integrations with external platforms.
Configure, connect, and support integrations between CRM, ERP, and third-party services.
Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve daily issues related to the corporate website (Angular) and internal services.
Employee IT Support: Set up and administer corporate email accounts; Process Automation: Develop scripts to automate business processes, streamline repetitive tasks, and optimize data exchange.
ERP Management: Monitor ERP system performance, manage user roles, reporting, and ensure seamless integrations.
Partner with other teams to identify IT requirements and implement effective solutions.
Data Security & Compliance: Ensure all internal IT systems meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Digital Infrastructure Projects: Contribute to initiatives such as new tool implementation, data migration, and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:
~3–6 years of experience as an IT Specialist (Experience Preference : US F reight Forwarding/NVOCC / Logistics)
~ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (configuration, support, reporting, user management).
~ Strong understanding of API integrations and experience working with CRM/ERP/third-party platforms.
~ Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, or similar) for automation.
~ Familiarity with Angular, corporate websites, and web troubleshooting.
~ Solid knowledge of data security, IT compliance, and system monitoring.
~ Bonus: Experience with logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain IT systems.
