GyanDhan is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.

About the Role:

  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns using WhatsApp & Telegram groups, and events to drive business growth.
  • Automation Strategy: Develop and automate marketing processes based on fundamental triggers to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and customer journey management to apply new strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably digital.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
