Strategic Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at GyanDhan. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing and be proficient in designing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Design, implement, and execute strategic marketing campaigns using multiple channels to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes based on fundamental triggers, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and customer journey management, applying new strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably digital.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
