The Talent Solutions Specialist - Influencer Marketing is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role involves identifying and collaborating with influencers, managing campaigns, and analysing their impact to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers who align with the brand’s image and values.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with their audience and supports brand objectives.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Influencer Outreach
- Identify and outreach influencers from multiple genres and domains
- Follow trends and identify all potential influencers we can work with for our clients
- Build influencer databases which can help the campaign management and execution team identify the best fit influencers for their campaigns
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and analyse the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the brand, content, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to align influencer activities with broader marketing initiatives.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape in influencer marketing.
- Continuously explore new opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance influencer marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and software.
