Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns using Whats App & Telegram groups, and events, to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
Automate marketing activities: Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes based on fundamental triggers, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
Analyze and optimize performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and customer journey management, applying new strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably digital.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
