Job Summary:


We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Associate Creative Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative strategy, design, and leadership. As an Associate Creative Director, you will work closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute compelling creative campaigns that align with our brand vision and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Creative Leadership:

  - Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement creative strategies.

  - Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.

  - Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables.


2. Project Management:

  - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

  - Work closely with project managers to allocate resources and manage workflows effectively.

  - Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to team members to ensure project objectives are met.


3. Concept Development:

  - Develop innovative and effective creative concepts for various campaigns and initiatives.

  - Present and pitch creative ideas to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

  - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our creative output remains fresh and relevant.


4. Client and Stakeholder Relations:

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  - Act as a key point of contact for client communications, ensuring their vision and requirements are understood and met.

  - Collaborate with account managers and other departments to align creative work with business goals.


5. Brand Stewardship:

  - Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and enhances brand identity.

  - Continuously seek opportunities to evolve and elevate the brand’s visual and narrative style.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.

- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong attention to detail.

- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a creative team.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
