Senior HRIS Specialist

The role is accountable for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in support of organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include providing system administration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution; conducting HR reporting and analysis to optimize business processes and implement new systems or functionalities; collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless system integrations and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Provide strategic direction and technical expertise for HRIS projects, including planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, user guides, and change management plans.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate communication between project teams and end-users.
  • Design and deliver training programs for users, managers, and HR leaders on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance by implementing data standards through automation, setting up preventative controls, and conducting regular audits.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; alternatively, relevant work experience.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, particularly v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and complex formula writing.
  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors administrator, with knowledge of Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Recruiting modules.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, with ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and communicate timelines effectively.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in release cycle management, process documentation, and system transformation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
