About the Role

We're seeking an experienced administrator to support PLM Windchill setup, management and troubleshooting.

This position offers a balance of operational expertise and focused technical knowledge in areas such as database management, scripting and performance monitoring.

  • Perform system administration tasks including user setup, access rights and daily system maintenance.
  • Manage operations and monitoring of Windchill environments to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Configure and operate CAD & non-CAD workers (Creo, BricsCad, Office Workers).
  • Support Windchill interface landscape operations and troubleshooting.
  • Execute system setup, environment cloning, preparation and rehosting.
  • Manage Solr indexing operations, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and bulk reindexing.
  • Administer file servers and vaults for secure data storage.
  • Perform queue management to optimize system efficiency.
  • Contribute to solution architecture tasks within PLM infrastructure.
  • Provide expertise in areas such as database management, scripting and targeted troubleshooting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in PLM Windchill administration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of system setup, configuration, monitoring and rehosting.
  • Familiarity with databases, scripting and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Solr indexing, file server/vault administration and queue management.
  • Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
