Workday HCM Techno Functional Consultant

">Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Techno Functional Consultant to lead project management activities for our Workday HCM project. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules, as well as experience with integrations and coordination with multiple teams.

The selected consultant will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements on financial processes and mapping them in Workday Cloud. They will also design optimized To-Be Processes, perform Design Validation, and identify areas of improvement.

">

Suggested responsibilities include preparing Training Material, SOPs, test scripts, and performing testing Workday functionality & configuration. Imparting training to users on Workday is also an essential part of this role.

  • A minimum qualification of BE/MBA/M.Tech">
  • Experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support">
  • Extensive experience with Workday modules, specifically Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, and Absence Management">
