Job Description:

BC Forward India Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Workday HCM Functional Consultants to join our fast-growing team in Hyderabad. We are seeking experienced Workday professionals who specialize in Core HCM and HR modules, with a strong functional understanding of HR business processes and end-to-end Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze Workday HCM requirements
  • Configure, test, and implement Workday HCM Core and related modules
  • Participate in at least 2 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver functional solutions
  • Develop functional documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
  • Ensure best practices and Workday standards are followed in all configurations

Modules of Focus:

  • Core HCM
  • HR Modules

Key Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of Workday HCM experience
  • Minimum 2 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations
  • Proven experience in at least 2 functional Workday projects
  • Strong expertise in Core HCM and HR modules
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
