Job Opportunity: Process Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled trainer to join our team. As a process trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that new and existing employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in creating and delivering training programs for various audiences. You should be able to stay updated with the best training methods and modules, plan and implement effective training curricula, prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations and video modules, and train freshers and existing employees in batch-wise manner.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in training multiple and large batches
  • Strong understanding of the Trainer role and proven coaching abilities
  • Experience in creating and developing training content such as modules and process SOPs
  • Exposure to TNA/TNI

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships
  • Knowledge of Soft Skills and training methodologies
  • Knowledge of US culture
  • Solid knowledge of corporate training techniques

Role Description:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees
  • Stay updated with the latest training methods and modules
  • Plan and implement effective training curricula
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations and video modules

Responsibilities:

  • Train freshers and existing employees in batch-wise manner
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees
  • Review training needs monthly
  • Schedule and perform pre- and-post-training assessments and monitor progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is must
  • Good experience on classroom training and prior experience in handling batches of fresher and existing folks
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching (both in virtual and F2F environment)
  • Good exposure on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills and facility skills
  • Flexible to work in shifts
